1. No Returns Policy
At Ecovale India Private Limited, we do not accept returns once an order for bulk cold pressed oils, wholesale grocery, or resale products is delivered. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before purchasing.
2. Risk & Liability After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched:
- Ecovale India Private Limited is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during transit.
- If shipped via Shiprocket, contact their support directly for shipping-related concerns.
- If you choose your own courier for bulk or wholesale orders, you assume full responsibility post-dispatch.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong oil type or quantity).
- The item was damaged before dispatch (not due to shipping).
- The product is defective or unusable on arrival.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Shipping delays
- Damage caused in transit
- Lost packages post-dispatch
4. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send clear images or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 7 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders for cold pressed oils, millets, ghee, or bulk groceries can only be canceled before shipping.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
